Flood Victims, Donation of Crockery

Bomiriya is a little town outside of Kaduwela town. There is a branch of the Kelaniya  river which flooded during the recent floods. The place where we distributed the relief was over 10 ft underwater. . There are over 100 families in this are. Together with the Grama Sevaka of the area we identified 100 families who were affected by the flood and and distributed per family 6 plates and five mugs. They still need other utensils such as pots and pans and other essential house hold goods.

Part of the Contribution by the Rotarians from Seyshells were used for the donation of Crockery
