The name of the person seeking funding is Mr R.M.Kamal Jayantha, 42 Years old , of Rammbukkana, Kegalle District.
Kamal has fallen from a tree and has injured his spine and is unable to work. He lives with his mother in a small shack on a property his mother owns. His mother works as a domestic and they live on her earnings.
The following are attached,
1) Letter from Kamal requesting assistance to improve their little shack.He requests funds to buy some roofing sheets, other building material to the value of around Rs 75,000.00 or if posible to build a small house for him and his mother on their land.
2) Photograph of Kamal
3) Medical report.
