Chair Personof the project, Majid, Creator, Kumar Nadesan, Sriyan, Chairman Vocational Sounder, Milroy, Director Upali and Rohan K sat at Colombo Club Taj, on the 2nd of October, 2009 to evaluate and proceed further on the Hobbies fair is to be held in February, 2009 at Convention Centre.

80th Anniversary of \RC Colombo (2009)
530 Registered 130 members from South India, 4 from Bangkok, Past RI President Bill Boyd from New Zealand. Governor Anand, Governor Kishore Kumar and 55 Club members from India, 40 Sister Club agreements were signed. Gov Suri, Gov Nominee Gehan did the organizing.
RI Director K.R. Ravindran was recognized in this occation.
