Rotary Interact Week was fullfilled by the youth who join the project with full of enthusiasm.
Members of the Rotary Club of Colombo, Rotaract Club of Colombo, Colombo Regency, Interact Club of Bishop's College, Muslim Ladies College, St. Paul's Milagiriya, Royal College and Stafford International joined the Beach Cleanup at Wellawate Beach on Saturday the 7th of November, 2009.
The weather was not on our side but the determination was stronger.

We managed to Cleanup the beach and collect at least 2 loads of Garbage Lorries provided with the assistance of Colombo Mununicipal Council.
